175g Whole Almonds
50ml Apple Cider Vinegar
1tblsp Salt ( Himalayan pink if you have it )

    Mix the vinegar and salt together. Coat all the almonds.

    Spread on an oven tray.

    Cook for 10 minutes, then start shaking the tray every few minutes until all the liquid has evaporated.

    Cool and store in an airtight container.
