Adjust Servings:
400g Butter Beans tinned - drained and rinsed
400g Kidney Beans tinned - drained and rinsed
15g Pumpkin Seeds
Dressing:
2 Garlic Cloves peeled
40g Pine Nuts
50g Basil Leaves
5tblsp Olive Oil
Juice 1 Lemon
Salt & Pepper

    Put all the dressing ( pesto ) ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Season.
