Ingredients

60g Cacao Butter - chopped ( raw and organic if possible )
50g Cacao Powder ( raw and organic if possible )
2-4 tblsp Agave Syrup You cna use, maple, honey , or any other preferred sweetener. Liquids are best as grainy sugars like coconut sugar make the chocolate a little grainy.
30g Sliced Almonds
20g Goji Berries
20g Cacao Nibs ( raw and organic)
30g Dried Cranberries

    Put a pan of water on the stove to boil.

    Take off the heat. Put the cacao butter in a heat proof round bowl that fits in the pan but does not touch the water, keep stirring. Put the pan back on the heat if it does not melt.

    Whisk in the cacao powder.

    Add the syrup slowly to your taste.

    Add the other ingredients. Mix until all covered.

    Put into individual silicone moulds, or pour on a tray lined with cling film. Leave until it sets fully.

    Stores best in the fridge (to ensure they don’t melt and I don’t know how warm it is where you are!) for as long as you can go without eating them all!
