Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
100g Whole Almonds - Rough chopped or whole
50g Walnuts - broken into pieces
50g Pecan Nuts - broken into pieces
100g Sunflower seeds
100g Pumpkin seeds
140g Oats If you are Celiac check the source of the oats!
3 Banannas - ripe
60g Almond Butter ( smooth)
50g Agave You can reduce the amount of syrup if you have a less sweet tooth!. If you are not vegan and prefer you can sub and use Honey, in fact any liquid sweetener that you prefer - coconut syrup, maple syrup etc.
3tsp Cinammon
50g Sultanas

    Mash the banana with the agave, cinnamon and almond butter.

    Pour the banana mix over the dry ingredients. Mix until everything is coated.

    Spread thinly on lined baking tray. Bake for 25 minutes – until golden brown. After the first 15 minutes keep to checking every few minutes moving it around to ensure it cooks through. (Use a palette knife or similar to break up the pieces as you go).

    Fold in sultanas.

    Cool before storing in an airtight container.
