Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 x 400g tin Lentils - drained and rinsed
4 Garlic Cloves - chopped
1 Green Chilli - chopped
1tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tblsp Dried iIxed Herbs
1 x 400g tin Red Kidney beans - drained and rinsed
1 x 340g tin Sweetcorn - drained and rinsed
2 x 400g tins Chopped tomatoes
1tblsp Tomato Puree
6tblsp Coconut Aminos

    Cook the lentils with the chilli and garlic for a few minutes.

    Add the paprika and mixed herbs and cook for a few minutes.

    Add the kidney beans and sweetcorn and mix well. Season. Cook for a few minutes.

    Add the chopped tomatoes, puree and aminos. Season. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
