Tuna Steak with PakChoi Noodles

Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
2 Fresh Tuna Steaks - 100g
1 tsp Olive Oil
2 Pak Choi - sliced - keep white and green bits separate
2 Carrot -peeled and Julienne
1 tsp Olive Oil
2 Tblsp Coconut Aminos
2 tsp Honey
60g Rice Noodles - soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes and drained

    Heat up 2 pans – really hot.

    In one pan cook the carrots and white part of the pack choi with the olive oil for a few minutes.
    Add the noodles, green bits of pakchoi, aminos and honey, mix well.
    Season.
    Leave on the heat.

    Brush tuna with oil.
    Season.
    Put in the empty pan.
    Cook on one side for 3 minutes.
    Turnover for 3 minutes – tuna should still be pink in the middle but if you don’t like it like this cook for longer until it is cooked through – or anywhere in-between which suits you.

    Serve the tuna with half the pak choi noodles.
