Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 Onion - chopped
400g Sweet Potatoe - peeled and chopped into small cubes
2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tblps Coconut Oil
100g Spinach
0.5 tsp Dried Chilli
1 x 400g tin Tinned Chopped Tomatoes
1 tblsp Tomatoe Puree
2 tblsp Liquid Smoke
2tblsp Coconut Aminos
1 tblps Maple Syrup
0.5 tsp Dried Chilli
1 x 400g tin Tinned Haricot beans

    Cook the onions until browned and soft. Set aside.

    In the same pan. Coat the sweet potato in the coconut oil and paprika. Sauté for 20-25 minutes until soft. Add the spinach and chilli. Season.

    In another pan simmer and reduce the tomatoes, puree, liquid smoke, aminos, maple syrup, and chilli. Reduce until thick. Season. Add the haricot beans and bring to a simmer.
