Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
2 Chicken Breasts - skin removed
1 Lime - Juice
3 tblsp Soy Sauce - Gluten Free ( or coconut aminos)
1 tblsp Honey
1tsp Olive Oil
1 Chinese Cabbage
2 Carrots - peeled and julienne
100g Sugar snap - chopped
2tblsp Seasme Seeds
1tsp Olive Oil

Steps

If you can put the chicken in the lime juice, soy and honey. Leave to marinate (even overnight). If not don’t worry !

Heat up 2 pans/ woks.

Take the chicken out of the marinade (if used). Season, cook in one pan with the olive oil. Ensure chicken is cooked through. Add marinade ingredients. Reduce a little.

When the chicken is nearly ready put the oil, cabbage and carrots in the other pan. Cook until softened. Add sugar snap and sesame. Season. Add chicken and marinade to the pan. Combine well.
