1 clove Garlic - chopped or minced

4 Large tomatoes - halved

200g Asparagus - skinny ones work better

1tblps Olive Oil

100g Rocket

Heat a large pan, add the oil and the mushrooms & sauté until soft. |

Add the tomatoes – flesh side down. |

Add the asparagus. Season all the ingredients. |

Every few minutes move the mushrooms & asparagus. |

Serve half the ingredients on each plate with half the rocket. |
