Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
2 Fresh Tuna Steak - 100g each
1 tsp Olive Oil
2 Carrots - Julienne
2 Courgette - Julienne
1 tsp Olive oil
2 tblsp Coconut Aminos
1 Pear - cored and sliced
100g Halloumi - sliced

    Heat up 3 pans.

    Put pear and halloumi in one pan.
    Cook on one side until the halloumi is brown and pear caramelised, turn over and repeat.
    Leave the pan on low when ready to keep warm.

    Cook carrots and courgette with the oil –until softer but still crunchy enough to enjoy eating, add aminos and season.

    Brush tuna with olive oil.
    Season. P
    ut in the last (very hot pan).
    Cook on one side for 3 minutes.
    Turnover for 3 minutes – tuna should still be pink in the middle but if you don’t like it like this cook for longer until it is cooked through – or anywhere in-between which suits you.

    Split the stir-fry between 2 plates.
    Top with halloumi, pear and tuna.
