Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
100g Oats
190ml Almond Milk
70g Ripe bananna
1 tsp coconut oil
Chocolate Sauce:
2 tblsp Raw Cacao Powder
2 tblsp Agave Syrup
1 tblsp Smooth Almond Butter
125ml Water

    Put the oats, almond milk and banana in a food processor. Blitz until combined and smooth.

    Heat up a pan. Brush with coconut oil. Spoon the oat mix into circles in the pan. (I normally make 6). Cook on medium heat for 4 minutes until golden brown. Turnover. Cook until browned; a few minutes.

    Mix all the sauce ingredients together well with a whisk. Warm gently in a pan if you prefer warm sauce.

    Serve the sauce with the pancakes. I normally add some fruit, nuts or seeds.
