Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 tblsp Ground Flax seed
3 tblsp Water
300g Oats
2 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
50g Sunflower Seeds
1 pinch Salt
500ml Plain Soya Yoghurt I use Alpro

    Mix the flax seed and water together. Set aside

    Mix the oats, bicarbonate sunflower seeds and salt together.

    Add the yoghurt and flax seed. Mix well.

    Put the bread in a 2lb lined loaf tin.

    Bake at 180C for 30 minutes, reduce temperature to 160C for 1 hour. Check the bread is cooked by tapping the loaf underneath – it should sound hollow.
