Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 x 400g tin Tinned chopped tomatoes
1/4 tsp Mild Chilli powder amend to suit how hot you like it.
2 tsp Maple Syrup or another syrup
2 tblps Coconut aminos
200g Kale - all big veins removed torn into bite size pieces

    Put everything aside from the kale in pan. Boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.

    Add the kale. Cover. Cook until soft ( a few minutes.) Season.
