Adjust Servings:
90g Raw Cacao Butter
75g Raw cacao Powder
50g Raw Agave Syrup
30 Brazil Nuts
20g Goji Berries
20g Sultanas
20g Dried Cranberries
20g Dried Mulberries
10g Raw Cacao Nibs

    Put a pan of water on to boil.

    Put the cacao butter in a heat proof bowl that fits into the pan so the bowl does not touch the water. Keep stirring and put back on the heat until the butter is melted.

    Whisk in the cacao powder

    Whisk in the agave.

    Split all the nuts and berries in 10 silicone moulds.

    Put the Cacao mix on top of the nuts and berries. Bang down each mould to remove any air bubbles.

    Stores best in the fridge (to ensure they don’t melt and I don’t know how warm it is where you are!) for as long as you can go without eating them all!
