Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 x 400g Tinned chickpeas - drained and rinsed
2 Avocados - ripe - peeled and stone removed
2 tblsp Tahini
2 Limes - juiced
3 Garlic Cloves
2 tsp Dried chillies
180ml Water
1 x handful Fresh Parsley - leaves no stalks - chopped roughly

    Put all the ingredients in a food processor and season.

    Blitz until smooth. You may have to scrape down the side a few times.
