Adjust Servings:
1 Sheet of filo pastry ( I used Jus rol)
1 tsp Coconut oil - melted
1 Banana - chopped rough
10 Raspberries

    Brush the filo with the oil. Fold in half.

    Put the banana and raspberries in the centre.

    Brush a little oil round the fruit pile. Gather the pastry together in your hands to form a “parcel” and squeeze together.

    Bake for 25- 30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
