Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
12 Gambas - tail shells removed ( and heads aswell if you prefer)
6 Garlic cloves - chopped finely
2 tsp Coconut oil - melted
1 Lemon - cut into wedges
250g Broccoli - long stem
1 bunch Asparagus - ends removed
1tblps Coconut aminos
100g Baby Leaf Salad
1 tblps Balsamic Vinegar

    Put the asparagus, broccoli and aminos on a tray in the oven for about 20 minutes until cooked.

    Put the gambas on another tray and cover with the garlic, oil and seasoning. Put in the oven for 10 minutes. Squeeze the juice out the wedges over the gambas. Return to the oven for 1 minute.

    To serve dress the leaves with balsamic and season and split the rest of the ingredients between the 2 plates.
