Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
250g Buckwheat flour
10g Baking powder
1 tsp Salt
165ml Water
60ml Almond Milk
20g Olive Oil
Extra Flour for dusting
1 tblps Coconut oil
3 Garlic cloves - peeled and chopped finely

    Mix together the coconut oil and garlic. Set aside.

    Mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, water, milk and olive oil. Knead until it forms a smooth dough. Roll into a ball.

    Cut into 8 pieces. Dust a surface. Roll each one into a circle about 10cm round.

    Heat a pan to medium heat. Put one flat bread in the pan. Cook until it begins to bubble, about 2 minutes. Turnover and repeat. Set aside. Cook the remaining bread.

    Brush all the bread with the garlic coconut oil and pass through the pan to warm.
