Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 sheet Pre rolled puff pastry
4 tblsp Coconut Sugar Use brown sugar if you don't have coconut sugar
4 tblsp Ground Cinammon
4 tblsp Icing Sugar
4 tsp Water

    Mix together the coconut sugar and cinnamon.

    Unroll the puff pastry.
    Spread the cinnamon sugar evenly over the pastry.
    Leave 1cm free from sugar at one end.
    Re roll the pastry as it was when it came out of the packet rolling towards the free from sugar strip.
    Brush the sugar free strip with water and press to seal.

    Bake for 25 minutes on a lined baking sheet until golden brown.

    Mix together the icing sugar and water until smooth. Drizzle on the rolls once they come out the oven.
