Adjust Servings:
90g Rice Flour
110g Almond Butter ( smooth )
35g Maple Syrup
2tsp Vanilla Powder
1 Pinch of salt
25g Water you might need more
10g Freeze Dried Cherry pieces

    Put all the ingredients in a food processor. Blitz. It should look like breadcrumbs. Squeeze together to form a dough. If is too dry add another tsp of water and blitz again. (The almond butter and cherries can vary the mix slightly hence the possibility for more water.)

    Split equally into 16 balls and flatten into circles.

    Bake for 12 minutes.

    Better eaten cold as they go crispy and the cherry flavour comes through.
