50g Oats

160ml Almond Milk

2 tsp Coconut Sugaror other sugar if you dont have it.

1 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp Mixed spice

1 tsp Cinammon

30g Sultanassoaked in hot water if you have time and then drained

Carrot - grated
Directions
Served with plant based yogurt or thick cream and a drizzle of a liquid sweetener of your choice these are really good!

Blend the oats for 2 minutes in a food processor. |

Add the sugar, baking powder, milk, cinnamon and mixed spice. Blend until smooth. |

Fold in the sultanas and carrot. |

Heat a pan to medium. ( wipe with coconut oil if it is not non stick or seasoned) |
