Ingredients

100g ( 1) Bananna ( ripe)
85g Oats Use Gluten free if you prefer
1tsp Vanilla Powder - Optional
Topping:
1tblsp Crunchy Almond Butter or use another nut butter
2tblps Raspberry Chia Jam http://www.racheldecaen.com/recipe/raspberry-jam/
Small handful - sliced Strawberries use any other fruit that you like

    The breakfast, lunch, dinner; anytime sweet pizza!

    Steps

    Turn the banana into a puree with a food processor or a fork.

    Add the vanilla powder and the oats, mix well.

    Roll into a ball in your hands and then press out into a circle using your hand until about 5mm thick.

    Bake for 12- 15 minutes until golden brown.

    If eating warm : Spread the peanut butter on the pizza base , top with the jam and strawberries

    If eating cold : Cool the base and store in an airtight container and top just before eating to stop it going soggy.
