Small handful - sliced Strawberriesuse any other fruit that you like

Turn the banana into a puree with a food processor or a fork. |

Add the vanilla powder and the oats, mix well. |

Roll into a ball in your hands and then press out into a circle using your hand until about 5mm thick. |

Bake for 12- 15 minutes until golden brown. |

If eating warm : Spread the peanut butter on the pizza base , top with the jam and strawberries If eating cold : Cool the base and store in an airtight container and top just before eating to stop it going soggy. |
