Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
3 Apples - peeled and cut into 1cm cubes
2 tsp Ground Cinammon
500g Blackberries
105g Oats
60g Almonds
30g Maple Syrup
2 tsp Ground Cinammon

    Perfect for using all those Blackberries which can be picked for free growing all over our beautiful island at this time of year !

    Put the apples and cinnamon in a pan on medium heat. Stir until the cinnamon coats the apple. Cook for 5 minutes until the apple is soft but not squishy. Add the blackberries. Mix well. Put in an oven proof dish.

    Blitz the almonds in a food processor to a flour. Add the oats and cinnamon.

    Melt together the syrup and oil.

    Mix the wet and dry ingredients together.

    Spread the crumble mix over the fruit mix. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
