Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 Mango - peeled and cut into chunks
2 tblsp Black Sesame Seeds
250g Beansprouts
300g Pak Choi - cut chunky
200g Spring Onions - cut in half
250g Mushrooms - quartered
1.5 inches Fresh ginger root - peeled and chopped finely
4 tblsp Coconut Aminos

    Preheat 2 pans.

    In one pan put the mango and brown a little. Add the sesame seeds. Cook for one minute. Remove from the pan. Set aside for serving.

    In the other pan cook the mushrooms until they soften. Add the ginger and spring onions and cook for 1 minute. Add pak choi, beansprouts and aminos. Season and cook until the veg softens a little but does not go soggy.
