Beef with 5 Spice Plum sauce

Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
2 Beef Fillet - 100g
1 tsp Olive oil
200g Mange Tout - cut in half
200g Baby Carrots - cut into "chips"
1 tblsp Olive Oil
4 Medium Plums - stoned and halved
2 tblsp 5 Spice Blend
2 tblsp Coconut Aminos
100ml Water
100g Rocket

    Heat up 2 pans

    Season the beef, brush with oil. Rub the plums with 5 spice.
    Put the plums in the pan flat side down with the beef.
    Cook until Beef is sealed on one side (5 minutes).
    Turnover, cook for a few minutes.
    If you like it blue/ rare remove it from the pan – if you like it more cooked then cook for longer.

    In the other pan heat the oil.
    Add the carrots.
    Cook until they soften.
    Add the mange tout.
    Cook for a few minutes.
    Season.

    Add coconut aminos and water to the plums.
    Reduce liquid till it resembles a sauce.
    Return the beef if you had taken it out.

    Split the rocket between 2 plates , top with vegetables, beef and plums
