Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 Red Onion - chopped
300g Mushrooms - chopped
50g Fresh Basil leaves - chopped
100g Cherry Tomatoes - halved
250g Gram Flour
350ml Water
200ml Passata

    Heat up a pan. Cook the onions and mushrooms until soft.

    Whisk together the flour and water so there are no lumps. Season.

    Add the passata, mushrooms, onions and basil.

    Put in a lined 30cm x 20cm or similar size tray. Spread out. Top with the tomatoes pressing in gently.

    Bake for 25 minutes.

    Serve hot or cold.
