Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
2 tblsp Ground Flax Seed
6 tblsp Water
320g Ripe Bananas
60g Coconut Oil - melted
60g Maple Syrup
100g Pecans
50g Sultanas
300g Ground Almonds
50g Oats
2 tsp Baking Powder
3 tsp Ground Cinammon

    Mix together the flax seed and water. Set aside.

    Put the bananas, coconut oil, maple syrup, and flax seed mix in food processor until smooth.

    Add the pecans. Pulse until roughly chopped.

    Add the almonds, oats, baking powder and cinnamon. Blitz until just combined.

    Add the sultanas, combine using a spoon.

    Put into 12 lined muffin cases. Bake for 25 minutes.
