50g Sultanas

300g Ground Almonds

Mix together the flax seed and water. Set aside. |

Put the bananas, coconut oil, maple syrup, and flax seed mix in food processor until smooth. |

Add the pecans. Pulse until roughly chopped. |

Add the almonds, oats, baking powder and cinnamon. Blitz until just combined. |

Add the sultanas, combine using a spoon. |

Put into 12 lined muffin cases. Bake for 25 minutes. |
