400ml Almond Milk
1 Cardamom Pod - crushed
0.5 Cinnamon Stick - broken up
1 tsp Ground Tumeric
0.5 " Ginger Root - sliced
1 tblsp Agave Syrup
1tsp Coconut Oil
0.5tsp Fresh cracked black pepper

    Put all the ingredients in a pan and simmer for a minimum of 5 minutes.

    Put in a blender for 30 seconds and sieve before drinking.
