Ingredients

200g Spring Cabbage
3 tblsp Olive Oil
1 tblsp Coconut Sugar
1 tblsp Cinammon
1 tblsp Sea Salt

    Massage the cabbage with the oil until completely covered and it has relaxed (gone softer in your hands).

    Add sugar and cinnamon and massage again until all covered.

    Stir in the salt.

    Spread out on baking trays lined with baking paper so it is not touching.

    Leave in the oven for 4 hours until dry and crispy – if they are not complete dry then leave them in until they are as soggy cabbage crisps are not great.
