Hello and welcome.

For those of you that do not know already, I am a complete food obsessive.

My mum taught my brother and I to cook almost before we could walk.  I have never lost this passion for cooking.

I worked at Longueville Manor Hotel in Jersey whilst at school and joined their sister restaurant Suma’s as part of the opening team.

In my mid 20’s I went to work for the family business and at the same time joined Michelin starred chef Shaun Rankin as his pastry chef when the new Bohemia restaurant opened in Jersey. I compromised by working days for family and evenings and weekends in the kitchen.

I gave up commercial kitchen work some years ago.

In 2009 I became more aware of the overall nature of our diet, the direct impact it has on our wellbeing and how with careful balance we can enjoy great food which doesn’t harm us.

I studied Personal Nutrition and Raw Food.   I have used this information combined with my commercial experience to transform my own life through gradual change beyond recognition.

I am enjoying my reignited love and deeper understanding of food which affects us in every area of our lives. I cannot see a time when I will not be learning.

I would now like to share what I have learnt to enable others to do the same.
